Please do as these steps one by one :
1: Log in your account by visiting https://my.handcent.com/my/login .
2 On left side bar, you can click on Backup Management
3: Then you can see there has device info on this window .
4: Click on Empty option .
5: Also you can click on Empty All option on top right corner.
