Notifications for recipients received message reminder?
Settings -> All -> Sent message reminder -> Sent notifications -> Notify when sent -> Notification sound ( choose a ringtone ) ->Show notifications ( enable )
Settings -> All -> Received Message Reminder - > Enble Reminder (enable ) - > Set the options as you want
