We need your help to track the issue, please do the following steps:
1. On the main conversation page, you can click the‘︙’icon on the top right. Then click "Help& Feedback" and enable the "Debug mode".
2. Try again to make sure the same issue happens again.
3. Go back to "Help& Feedback" and submit a bug report from there via email .
(Notes: You need to reproduce the same issue after turning on the Debug mode so that we could see the detailed bug log and track the issue.)
PS: Debug mode will be turned off automatically after a few hours, please keep it on so that it can record the issue.
