We need your help to track the issue, please do the following steps:
1. On the main conversation page, you can click the‘︙’icon on the top right. Then click Help& Feedback and enable Debug mode.
2. Then once the same issue occurs again, go back to help&Feedback and submit a bug report to us immediately(via email).
(Notes: You need to reproduce the same issue after turning on the Debug mode so that we could see the detailed bug log and track the issue.)
PS: Debug mode will be turned off automatically after a few hours, please keep it on so that it can record the issue.
